With the continuous strengthening of ocean exploration and research all over the world,the underwater unmanned platform and its positioning sonar are developing rapidly,and the requirements for underwater acoustic signal acquisition and storage are increasing.At present,the data acquisition and processing of underwater acoustic positioning sonar is relatively mature,but the number of collectors designed for underwater acoustic positioning sonar in unmanned platform is small.Under the above background,this paper designs a data acquisition and storage system for underwater unmanned platform positioning sonar.The data acquisition system realizes400 k Hz,8 channel analog signal acquisition and 5-channel serial port data acquisition.The system has built-in Compact Flash memory card,which can time mark and classify all collected data for storage,and the storage time is more than 4 hours.After data acquisition,data can be read back through Ethernet.Firstly,this paper completes the system hardware scheme design and chip selection,and completes the system hardware circuit design on this basis.In this paper,FPGA is selected as the main control chip of the system,and the FPGA model is 5CEFA7 of Cyclone V series of Intel company;ADS8568 is selected to realize 8 channels data acquisition;CF card is selected as the system storage medium;The combination of DSP + W5300 is selected to realize signal processing and Ethernet communication.Secondly,this paper completes the system program design,including FPGA program design and DSP program design.FPGA program design is based on Verilog HDL,which realizes the functions of A/D control,serial port analysis,time synchronization,CF card reading and writing,etc;DSP program design realizes Ethernet communication with host computer and EMIF interface communication with FPGA.Finally,this paper completes the the system test,including laboratory test and lake test.The laboratory test results show that the function of the system is perfect;The test results on the Lake show that the system runs stably for a long time and has good practical value.
