A Study On The Construction Management Of University New Campus

As China’s comprehensive national strength and importance of higher education is increasing, new campus Constructions are expanding. How to improve the job of construction management, so that the limited investment can play a better economic efficiency, has become very concerned by the government. In this paper, new campus project construction and management issues are studied. This thesis is divided into five chapters, as follows:Chapter1:The first chapter is the introduction. The study subject is put forward. According to the present background of this study, the significance, objective, main contents and research course of this research are clarified.Chapter2:The theoretical basis for the modern project and enterprise management is summed up, so as to provide necessary support and methodology weapons to the whole dissertation.Chapter3:The pre-project management is thoroughly studied, from the following four aspects:the organizational system and institutions, the overall planning and design, the bidding and purchase management.Chapter4:The process management is fully studied, from the following six aspects:the management about the professional management companies, investment control, schedule control, quality control, and security management.Chapter5:This part sums up the conclusions of the former chapters, and points out the further efforts.
