In order to improve the control problems of204Research Institute in the progress of management, based on the GNHS construction project of204Research Institute as the object, using the theory of modern project management and management tools, in-depth research on how to realize the GNHS construction project schedule control and completion time objectives of the project.This paper mainly introduces and uses The Triple Constraints in Project Managent, project management Work Breakdown Structure(WBS), Critical Path Method(CPM) and Program Evaluation and Review Technique(PERT), to the project time schedule were compiled and optimized, drawing Gantt chart project schedule, work out the project schedule control scheme. The project management mode selection, organization, team building, planning management, cost management and risk management were proposed to ensure the measure of safeguard of project area construction project GNHS progress can be controlled and goals.This paper systematically the advanced modern projectmanagement into the GNHS project schedule management, put forward to apply management advanced technology tools for project GNHS construction optimization, provides the schedule control, completion time objective scientific basis. The introduction of EPC, PM or PMC and other advanced management mode,through team building, project plan, cost control nodes, risk management measures,ensure improved, eliminate the delay problem. Establishment of a set of large-scaleinfrastructure project management model, provides a reference model for theResearch Institute of engineering construction project schedule control management in the future.
