The construction industry,project schedule control is an important part of project management.Based on project progress control of enterprise science and not only to the success of the project,but also directly affects the economic benefits of the project and future development prospect.How to effectively control the project progress,promote the realization of target has become an important problem urgently in the project management process of building industry nowadays.This paper is to "Sichuan Normal University Chengdu University old campus construction project as the research object,combined with the theory of project management,the basic situation of Sichuan Normal University project of Chengdu University,the company back Scene and the overall deployment are analyzed,and a brief overview of the project progress control process at the same time,the progress of the implementation of the control system for a systematic evaluation.Firstly,the research background of the topic,research significance and research content to elaborate;second project of Sichuan Normal University Chengdu University old campus more systematic project management related literature knowledge;moreover,is mainly to the Sichuan Normal University Chengdu University old campus project preparation stage,construction stage and construction stage plan were analyzed systematically.To solve the related problems of Sichuan Normal University,Chengdu University old campus in the construction process appears,provides a reference for construction of similar colleges;and detailed described the various stages of the project schedule management requires a different approach and will not produce The same effect.The scientific validation of the significance and benefits for the duration of the project master schedule management and generated;finally has carried on the analysis and evaluation of the implementation process of project progress control.In the hope that through this study,to provide similar schedule control study provides further reference.
