Construction industry is one of the pillar industry of economy in our country,the development of the national economy plays a vital role.with the speeding up of industrialization and urbanization in recent years,the construction speed,the construction industry output value and have continued to increase workers,while at the same time,building engineering construction safety issues are increasingly prominent,to the staff's life and property safety brought great threat,and society also brought negative influence to the enterprise.Because now large construction engineering project construction process of complex,long construction period,and during the period full of many uncertain factors,increased the difficulty of construction safety management.The traditional safety management mode,in the face of the rapid development of construction technology,has been somewhat lagging behind,so you need to explore new management model of construction safety.And the emergence of BIM technology,marks the construction entered the information era,the development of construction industry plays a huge role in promoting.The main purpose of this study is to investigate the BIM technology introduction of construction safety management,to solve the problems existing in the current construction safety management,and to explore the construction safety management of construction project based on BIM in theory and in practiceThe author through the study of Shanghai tower hands-on projects such as the status quo of the application of BIM,combining the "2011China(Shanghai)BIM application survey found that the current BIM application in construction engineering design in our country mainly focused on the BIM software application.To better play to the BIM in construction engineering project value,should also further the extension of the BIM application to engineering design and management level of the whole process of construction engineering project management,to improve the level of construction project management in our countryIn the light of the construction project based on BIM design management conducted a preliminary study,adopted mainly literature study,questionnaire and induction of research methods,with the knowledge management of construction design management and project management properties and suitability for the analysis of BIM in it;The current situation of the BIM market at the present stage of our country and BIM expounded the status quo of the application in construction engineering design;and based on the application status of BIM in construction engineering design at the present stage in China,to our country existing in the construction engineering design management means for the design and analysis of insufficiency,the enterprise design standards is not sound,the coordinated ability,data security ability needs to improve and design process need to optimization,design activity schedule,cost management to strengthen the problems and its reasons are analyzed;and finally put forward from the design and analysis methods,design standards,data security,collaboration,BIM design team,BIM design process optimization,construction engineering design,project management,and conducive to business plus construction project purchasing/delivery models to improve construction engineering design and management of specific measures...
