The Research On Construction Management Mode Of New Campus Based On The Whole Process Control Theory

With the people in our country pay attention to higher education,college students show a surge in the trend of university to achieve good educational effect,have to expand the size of the school,therefore,in the new campus as part of the region like bamboo shoots after a spring rain after another,because of the new campus is set,and the formation of University city.At the end of twentieth Century,China is facing the rapid development of new campus,the new campus construction of colleges and universities is not difficult to find that the construction effect is uneven,so we need to carefully study the management mode of the construction of the new campus,explore effective management system.In this paper,the author deeply some of the new campus site visits,a comprehensive collection of relevant information at home and abroad in the new campus construction,combined with the new campus construction projects in the engineering management of the actual situation,the new campus in each stage of construction management to determine the main content of the research,comprehensively summed up the new campus in the project management problems,and put forward the corresponding suggestion.In this paper,firstly,the concept and characteristics of engineering construction project and new campus of university are expounded.Secondly,analysis of the new campus construction projects in the engineering control structure and target content,summed up the new campus construction problems,and put forward concrete measures of construction project and project management are.Thirdly,combined with the construction project of the new campus of W University in Qinzhou,this paper summarizes the management experience of the project preparation stage,the progress of the project and the investment life cycle cost.Finally,the author summarizes the effects of engineering construction of the new campus of W University in Qinzhou,and put forward some corresponding suggestions and prospects for the new campus construction project management,provide the reference for the new campus construction project management.
