| Wind power is currently the most mature technologically and the greatest potential of new energy generation technologies. Wind energy has also become the fastest growing areas in all kinds of new energy, China’s total wind power installed capacity soared from2600MW in2006to2010of13900MW. The successful application of large-scale wind power can not only save a lot of coal and fresh water resources, it is also an important way to achieve sustainable development strategy in China. Wind power project’s size and success has great significance of China’s low-carbon economy and reducing the pressure of climate change of achieving sustainable development. The post evalutiaon of wind power projects can contribute to the electric power industry and achieving energy saving target, it also has a very important decision-making reference and great practical significance. Therefore, this paper studies the Keyouqianqi wind farm project post evaluation, in which create an index system and use the fuzzy extend analytic hierarchy process(FEAHP) method for empirical analysis, it helps give related wind power projects in the future guidance and reference. The main work is as follows:At first, the common methods of power project post evaluation theory is given, and base on the actual situation of the Keyouqianqi, then according to the post evaluation theory, this paper gives the post evaluation results of the project implementation process, financial benefits, sustainable development and impact post evaluation four aspects, and an post evaluation index system of Keyouqianqi wind power project is built, and FEAHP method has been used to determine the weight of each indicator, then according to the experts, the scores of each indicator is obtained. At last, the results of the Keyouqianqi wind power are given. According to previously established indicator system and the actual situation of the Keyouqianqi wind power project construction, the suggestions are given from improving wind speed forecasting accuracy, strengthening the arrival of equipment management level, strengthening the wind turbine maintenance management, strengthening project monitoring management and applying CDM to improve the energy benefit five aspects, it provides a reference for future similar wind power project construction. |
