Studying Of Contemporary Process Management Level Evaluation System Of Rail Equipment Group

Establishing perfect and reasonable contemporary process management level evaluation system is very important to enterprise’s process management work. In China, our material and labour resources in manufacturing industry are both exceed to many foreign countries while output per head and economic benefit are lower than theirs. Why? The main reason is the low level of process mangement.The primary research job of this paper is about enterprise process management level evaluation and digitization. In this way, we can evaluate process management level conveniently, comprehensively and reasonably, then find the shortages. The next work is trying to improve enterprise process management level by ameliorating and optimizing these shortages. The final aim is to enhance enterprise competitive advantage and increase economic benefit. This paper starts its work through evaluation index system, evaluation standard, index weight and system realize, including the below contets:(1) Establishing the most appropriate evaluating index system through analysing process management trait, combining rail transit equipment group reality, consulting/conluding/sceening a large number of experts’suggestion.(2) Establishing practicable, operatable and comprehensive evaluation standard through reasearching evaluation standard principle and combining enterprise reality.(3) Selecting the most appropriate weight determining method through studying several weight determining methods and analysing system’s trait as index weight influencing the evaluation result directly.(4) Proposing evaluation system based on process management level. Analysing and designing the system through data flow, function module and E-R modle.(5) Adopting SQL SERVER data base and JSP to make evaluation system digitization and then we can simplify evaluation process and obtain more accurate and reliable evaluation result.
