| Civil aircraft maintenance program,also called maintenance review broad report(MRBR), is one of the basic documents to ensure the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft. Scientific MRBR not only makes aircraft maintain the inherent safety and reliability, but also greatly reduces the airline’s maintenance costs. Determining the maintenance interval of an aircraft structure accidental damage(AD) is one of the key ingredient to develop the MRBR, while the focus and difficulty in determination of the maintenance interval lie in how to accurately assess AD comprehensive index level. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the evaluation of comprehensive index level of aircraft structural AD during the period of researching on aircrafts of independent intellectual property rights in our country.In this paper, basic principle of developing structure MRBR is firstly studied, including the contents of MRBR, MSG-3 procedures, definition of accidental damage and damage sources. Secondly give the index for evaluation of AD and the standard to evaluate the index, after introduce Boeing and Airbus AD index assessment method, the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method will be applied to AD comprehensive index rating. Thirdly the model of a comprehensive index rating for AD based on the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established, and by Grade-Interval function, AD maintenance interval is derived. Using of existing data, model is validated. Finally, a conception design of AD rating software is given.The study of the development of MRBR in our country is still at the beginning, the determination technology of structure AD maintenance interval and AD Comprehensive Index Level remains unclear. Studying results in this paper can be a reference for the domestic research. |
