| Network security is an important link in the operation of the China State Grid Corp, the scientific evaluation for the safety of the power grid is one of the important measures and guarantee the safe operation of power grid. With the rapid development of county level power grid, power grid operation mode of county level greatly increased, with experience as the main criteria has been unable to meet current needs. Therefore, this paper first elaborates the research status of domestic and foreign power grid safety evaluation in summary on the basis of domestic and foreign theoretical research and practical experience, aiming at China’s county level for the safety of power grid construction, management and operation management status, analyses the characteristics of the county level of the safe operation of power grid and its role in the power grid, outside the concern for the safety of production equipment, indicators, joined the safety for engineering index system and safety production management and cultural indicators system, improve the current evaluation system and detailed analysis of the connotation of each index, calculation method and characteristics.Secondly, AHP and the basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, for the county level power grid safety evaluation index system, AHP is introduced to calculate the weights with lower index for higher index, and finally through the layer to the weighted average to calculate the comprehensive index evaluation mode of operation, the use of the fuzzy set theory to improve the original can only be used for single evaluation indicators, these indicators can be used for overall evaluation of county level power grid, and then construct the evaluation model and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and AHP analysis method based on the analytic hierarchy process to compute the weights of indexes, and fuzzy method used to determine each index the evaluation results for different degree of membership.Finally based on the actual line maintenance work area example is analyzed to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the county level grid safety evaluation model and method, to verify the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process method of county-level power grid safe operation of comprehensive evaluation, qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of the organic combination of, can effectively improve the scientific nature of the evaluation process, so as to reasonably reflect the actual situation of the county level of the safe operation of power grid. |
