High tech Development Zone is that since the reform and opening up, IndustrialDevelopment Zone, a high tech oriented development in China based on some level ofknowledge intensive, technology intensive coastal city, developed areas and large andmedium-sized city. The current total of National High-tech Zone105, including9in guangdong. With the rapid development of economy, the high-tech development zone isin shape, a new period of vigorous development. High tech industry fire accident, will affectthe local economic development, also bring the unstable factor to society. Jiangmen is knownas "the Chinese first overseas Chinese" reputation, the ancestral home ofJiangmen overseas Chinese and compatriots from Hong Kong,has nearly4000000people, distributed in the whole world five continents in107countries and regions, thesensitivity of relevance, the fire accident is very strong.Therefore, do a good job of fireprevention zone is an important task to solve theJiangmen fire control work.On the basis of domestic and foreign city monomer and regional fire riskassessment results, to the high-tech zones in Jiangmen city as an example,research andanalysis the main factors that influence the proportion, determine the key factors of high firerisk degree and the various factors, establish the evaluation index system and mathematicalmodel of fire risk, evaluation and calculation, aiming at how to fire safety layout, fire stationlayout, fire water supply, fire communicationand fire channel so as to improve theoverall level of fire safety, put forward the relevant suggestion, to promote high-tech zone fireprevention and control in Jiangmen city and provide scientific reference.This paper mainly through the Delphi method of evaluation index systemofevaluation, weight calculation and consistency check on the evaluation index systemusingAHP, select the instance of evaluation methods used, get conclusion as follows:(1) based on the full investigation of fire safety factors of high tech Zone effect,establishthe system of fire safety evaluation index hierarchy, and using the Delphi methodof evaluation index system.(2) to build a fire for the inherent risk evaluation index system perfect, avoid theevaluation of the general and vague on the fire risk.(3) considering the influence degree of each index of fire risk evaluation indexsystemof fire safety, relevant technical standard reference state, gives the index system ofeachindex grading standard, and give full consideration to the group of expertsopinion survey. (4) using the level analysis method to the evaluation index system is validated andweight calculation, effectively guarantee the evaluation indicator system ofscientific,reasonable, accurate.(5) the Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process and safety check list method on therisk of high tech Zone Jiangmen city fire decision evaluation and safety level, provides auseful attempt on the study of high tech Zone fire risk subject in Guangdongprovince.
