At present, the level of urbanization in China has been increasing, also then population and industry have been gathering in large and medium-sized cities.A large number of high-rise buildings, large underground engineering, chemical enterprises, rail transit, and public gathering places, etc.,is increasing, and constantly test the city's firepower control of fire power. How to judge the urban firerisk and do a reasonable optimal design of urban fire station and fire fighting equipment is a vital problem. The research is based on the analysis of urban fire risk, history data and fire rescue force. The risk distribution of urban fire is analyzed according to expert scoring and distribution of hazard sources. The risk of urban fire is analyzed by the method of risk assessment, and the risk of fire is analyzed.Thenthe urban fire control ability to different fire is divided, and the evaluation system of urban fire control capability to different fire is established by using analytic hierarchy process, while the formulas are given. The district of GCity is taken for an example, the major hazard sources of urban fire is analyzed.Combined with the relevant national fire laws and standards, the problems of the current fire station layout and fire equipment are pointed out.At the same time, the shortcomings of G City Fire Plan(2011-2020)are also pointed out.According to the model mentioned above, suggestions on the layout of fire fighting and rescue forces in the District are given. In the end the economic investment and benefit of small-micro fire stations and ordinary fire stations are compared, that the layout of a number of small-micro fire station is the best complementof existing fire power in thedistrict. Finally, some measures are put forward to build the active urban fire prevention and control system which couldimprove the management level of urban fire safety.
