Countries around the world have realized that fossil fuels will eventually run out,more serious air pollution, renewable, clean and efficient energy has become aninevitable choice for the future development of mankind. Under this broad trend, thesmart grid concept came into being. However, due to the process of building intelligenthydropower different devices use different data structures, resulting in intelligenthydroelectric unified management of data as well as how to implement data sharingbecome intelligent hydroelectric power plant construction is a major difficulty.Aiming at the construction of the hydroelectric power plant intelligence problems,as well as the advantages of IEC61970series of standards for achieving the unifiedmanagement of data intelligence hydroelectric hydropower intelligent data exchangeplatforms in the following aspects of the research. First, the current CIM CommonInformation Model hydroelectric power plant and component interface specificationCIS two aspects described IEC61970series of standards for the main content, featuresand analysis of the latest research advances, and hydroelectric power plant informationinteraction for the current problems of water plant data exchange platform to analyzethe specific needs; Secondly, data exchange platform for hydropower needs analysis,based on the three-tier structure for the overall structure of data exchange platformdesign; and data exchange platform on historical data service interfaces, generic dataservice interface, and real-time data service interface design; Finally, this thesis givesthe design objectives elaborated data exchange platform design, CIM model forrelational database mapping strategy and naming study as well as data exchangeplatform and hydrological water transfer systems, plant control systems, monitoringsystems, and other hydropower dams on the lower level to achieve the datacommunication between systems were studied.This thesis analyzes the hydroelectric power plant/substation automation system’scurrent development situation, pointed out the "smart hydroelectric power plant/station" target under traditional hydropower plant/standing data sharing and other aspects ofsome of the deficiencies and problems, solve this problem, a intelligent data exchangeplatform Hydropower this solution, and the solution design and implementation ofin-depth research. Unified through a domestic hydroelectric power plant information management system to verify the studied data exchange platform for smart utilities canachieve the hydroelectric power plant information sharing, to meet intelligenthydropower plant data management and information sharing unified demand for ourhydropower plants the building and the development of environmental protection hasvery great significance.
