| Power transmission and distribution grid analysis platform is an important tool to analyzethe transmission and distribution system. Through the platform, the design of Power systemcan be easier than before, and it can help the operator to analyze the transmission anddistribution grid. There are problems on previous power transmission and distribution gridanalysis software such as poor universality and difficult to expand. So the development of anopenness, expansibility and maintainability analysis platform has theoretical significance andpractical value. The data access interface is an important part in power transmission anddistribution grid analysis platform. The paper does research on the interface.IEC61970CIS define interfaces which a model exchange information with other modelsby a standard way. First, this paper analyzes and researches the CIS, do detail research onCommon Service and IECTC57view, then design interfaces to read and write the informationin server through the use of GDA. Second, this paper design interfaces to scan the informationin server through HSDA interface and HSDA shining. At last, his paper design interfaces thatcan read and write the information in server, which through the research of relationshipbetween object and interface.The prototype system is developed under the visual Studio2008by C#, and writes theprogram to prove the correctness about the interface. |
