With the development of computer science and the upgrade of power systems, now more and more various kinds of systems are appearing. And systems’intemal data can not meet the need of their analysis, the data exchange between systems is increasing. But due to the lack of unified standards, the interaction between systems is a big problem. The IEC61970 series of standard offers unified specification for the system integration and information interaction between different systems. The IEC61970 standard defines the common information model and component interface specification, which provides a reliable guarantee for the data exchange between different systems. CIM is a common data model, which describes the relationship between all kinds of power resources, laying the foundation for different systems’ data exchange. CIS defines the interface between systems, which makes interconnection between components becomes possible.With the popularization of the construction of smartgrid, topology analysis for it has become an indispensable part of advanced applications. But the data for topology analysisis distributed in the CIM and SCADA system, therefore, the data interaction based on the IEC61970 standard is conducive to the development and maintenance of the systems. At the same time, providing the result of topology analysis to other systems can better achieve the goal of system integration and waste less of resources caused by repeating calculations.Topology analysis technology in this thesis is to analyze the CIM data based on the IEC61970 standard and get the SCADA data from services first, then search for the power grid and topology analysis,the model and the interface specificationbaesd on the IEC61970 standard, and at last’issue the result oftopology analysis. The successful application in the voltage qualification rate of intelligent analysis system verifies the feasibility and correctness of the algorithm and model.
