However, from a macro-levelmanagement often only find a solution to the problem, rarely start from the grassroots of theproduction process, the application of advanced technologies in industrial engineering with amicroscopic methods to improve the production, and ultimately improve product quality,improve enterprise efficiency purposes.In this paper, the actual production of enameled wire PT companies, for which theproduction process of the welding head technology, the use of industrial engineeringresearch ideas and methods of work, in accordance with the collection of information,identify problems and propose improvement, program evaluation, and implementation of,the formulation of standard of thinking, the process improvements and optimization andstandardization, the main contents include issues improved, FMEA, standard operatingprocedures, standard time, improving program technical and economic analysis. Through theimplementation of research, effectively improve the efficiency of the process, improveproduct quality, while reducing costs to some extent. I hope in the future for enterpriseproduction management process in the use of industrial engineering knowledge to solvepractical problems provide a useful reference model.
