At present,China has become a big manufacturing country.However,with the rapid development of the economy,the various costs of manufacturing enterprises are increasing year by year,especially the rapid increase of labor costs,and the pressure on manufacturing enterprises is increasing.Faced with this situation,it is particularly urgent to use automated equipment to increase production efficiency to offset the negative impact of rising labor costs.In order to improve the production efficiency of automated non-standard equipment,this paper analyzes the current situation of T company's production line,understands the main performance of T company's production line inefficiency,explains the basic principles that the automatic production line design needs to follow,and analyzes the various factors affecting the efficiency of the production line.Factor,studied how to use the FMEA principle to analyze the failure mode of equipment affecting the efficiency of the production line,conduct risk prediction and evaluation,formulate corresponding prevention and improvement measures,and apply these prevention and improvement measures to the design and production process.The research shows that the main factors affecting the efficiency of the production line are the unreasonable design of the mechanical mechanism,resulting in unstable production lines,frequent shutdowns,and affecting production efficiency.The electrical logic control is imperfect,affecting the logical sequence of the component components,the production cycle is not up to standard,and the production capacity is not up to standard.Actual output not up to target plan quantity.Using FMEA principle,the failure mode analysis of the system from the rationality of mechanical structure and the rationality of electrical control logic is carried out,risk assessment is carried out,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed to effectively prevent and improve the occurrence of various undesirable phenomena in the subsequent production process.It has improved the stability and speed of the operation of the production line,improved the operation efficiency of the production system,and obviously improved the production efficiency of the T company,and achieved good results.It is also useful for improving the improvement of other production lines with similar problems.
