The Quality Control Research Of The High-speed Research Building Project

In recent years, due to the rapid development of social economy and the continuous expansion of city size, the development demand of the construction is stimulated, the construction industry has experienced a period of rapid development of nearly twenty years, and has played a more and more important role in the national economy. Because of the characteristic such as one-time, long term, huge investment and social influence, the quality of the construction project has become the most important factor of construction life. Construction quality not only relates to the project economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits, relates to building the long development of the enterprise, but also related to people’s life safety and the safety of state property.Based on the importance of construction quality, this article is through literature method, interview method, case method and other research methods to study the construction quality management. On the basis of the research of construction quality controlling experience at home and abroad, combined with the status quo and characteristics of construction project management in our country, this article tries to explore the problems and the reasons existing in the construction quality management. Then combined with the engineering of the building named High-speed scientific research building, with the method theory combined with practice, this article studies the influencing factors on the quality of the construction project and the corresponding control measures, and then through quality forming process, research the method of improving the quality of the engineering. Finally, on the basis of the methods and measures of the controlling of construction quality, the article establishes the quality management system, and the effective guarantee of construction quality.Through the High-speed Research Building project, this article discusses the quality control measures and methods in the process of practical engineering, to provide the reference of scientific decision-making for the development of China’s construction engineering quality management and the project quality management of other construction projects which are in large-scale construction.
