| Primary education is an important stage of enlightenment and most of thechildhood-time is spent in school. It can be enough to affect a person’s life. In the contextof the rapid development of global information, educational philosophy is constantlyupdated by the emphasis on primary education.China is in the "Science and Education" important strategic period, and qualityeducation has been promoting vigorously. Investment in education facilities areincreasing. The built environment and teaching activities are combined together.The physical education is classified into an important part of "lifelong education"subject. Physical environment of school physical education becomes one of the areasnewly developing theories of school sports issues. With the urban population growth, theload of space in primary and secondary schools increased, space utilization problemsbecome issues be addressed in building design. In order to enhance the students’ physicalfitness and cultivate fitness habits from an early age, indoor sports environment needs tobe improved so that to keep sporting from weather. To enhance indoor sports spaceutilization has become the key to the architecture design.In this thesis, A Case Study of Beijing elementary school, as an example, tries toexplore the trends of effective way on design of elementary school indoor sports space.On researching and case studies at home and abroad, summarizing the characteristics ofspace and design rules, and learning from the successful experience, the thesis elaboratedthe specific measures of efficient design in three dimensions: full time, openness,flexibility. During new educational mode transition process, it aims to initially exploringindoor sports space and efficient methods of composition and space design in Beijingelementary school. |
