The Research On Interface Management Method And Its Application Of Urban Traffic Engineering Construction

Since reform and opening up, our country has achieved astonishing development,the national economy continuing to rise, people’s standard of living got unprecedented development,then the pace of urbanization accelerated, motor vehicles also increased dramatically, it is also directly contributing to the necessary development of urban transportation projects for our country.The development of urban transport project can effectively improve the transportation congestion situation, bring people convenience, it is also the needs of the development of cities.And construction of the urban transportation in a complex and huge project, the number of the organizations involving in the participation is numerous, in the process of constant cooperation in these organizations, the degree of specialization keeps growing, and there will be a lot of interface problems, therefore, the interface management in the project process becomes one of the significant element.Interface problems are widespread in the urban transport project’s whole life cycle, its complexity is a difficult point in the project management, she is not only a significant effect in the quality,safety,construction period and cost of the project,but also occupying each participant’s large number of management resources.There is currently no comprehensive experience summary for the interface management methods for the projects.Therefore, based on the new management method—project interface management as the research object, this paper carries on the theoretical analysis and application study, aiming at providing property management ideas and methods to solve practical problems.The completed research work are as follows:First, illustrating the significance of the paper to study the transportation engineering interface management, the necessity of further research, and then based on the research of the domestic and foreign relevant interface management, carried on the comprehensive analysis and review to provide certain theoretical basis fo r the later part of this paper.By a detailed analysis of transportation engineering research, we draw the conclusion of the importance of the construction of transportation engineering with urgency.Through the definition of transportation engineering and related characteristics analysis of the transportation engineering with strong project planning, more and close interfaces and wait for a characteristic, requirement using relevant effective measures to deal with engineering in the process of all kinds of interface.
