Study On The Construction Of Highway Asphalt Pavement Smoothness' Transfer Theroy

With the fast development of our national economy, highway traffic flow and highway mileage is sharping incrasing. At the same times, highway grades are gradually transitted from low to high. Therefore, the road must be met a higher quality requirments. Besides it has the fuctionof stability, easement, stabilization, waterproofing, durability and other basic requirments, and it must aiso have a high standard of smoothness and anti-slide pile. Pavement smoothness is one of the two major highway pavement usablities. It is an important facor affecting safety and comfort when driving at high speed . The smoothness of the pavement is reflcted the grading-smoothness and the strctuarl sheet-smoothness ,and if the constrction is completed , pavement smoothness has been very diffcult to make up and improve. Therefore it is very necessary to carefully analys the factors affecting highway pavement, and to enhance the measures to improve the pavement smoothness.A systematic and in-depth research on the construction of pavement smoothness control methods is proceed in this peper. The factors which can influence the highway pavement smoothness are summed up the construction factors and non-construction factors. Gray stystem theroy is a new way of thinking and methods about the quality management and control by transfer theroy and probability distribution theroy controling means in the pavement smoothness construction control. Acoording to actual state, different constructors could erect homologous pavement structrue smoothness interlamination transfer models using transfer theroy, and carry out pavement smoothness construction control, it comes to obvious effect in actual application. The paper also propose a improve the pavement smoothness control measures, which can be a reference for the construction enterprises.
