Research On Life-cycle Dynamic Management Of Project Construction Based On PDPC

With the rapid growth of the economy of our country, project construction becomes more and more prosperous, and structure form becomes more and more complex. The construction and operation of such a large-scale and complicated building brings the result of project investment multiplied, construction period prolonged, construction risk increased. So project management requirements are increasing day by day. And a higher management level is needed for project engineering manager. Therefore, it is necessary to study the whole life cycle of the project, use scientific and reasonable method of modern management continuously to improve project management level, and provide a theoretical basis for the smooth completion of the project.In this paper, based on the study of the whole life cycle of engineering project management, PDPC method is creatively combined to dynamic management studies. Decision-making process flow chart is established by using PDPC method for the dynamic management behavior to better provide theoretical basis for whole life cycle of engineering project management. The project of Hefeng Creative Square is combined with PDPC method to analysis the life-cycle dynamic management during the period of decision, implementation and use. The life-cycle dynamic management of project construction based on PDPC is proved to be a great scientific, practical and effective method during the analysis of the engineering example.
