Research On Engineering Project Control Based On Whole Life Cycle

With the deepening of the degree of information technology in all walks of life and modern management science progress, the project management has been through the whole life cycle of the product. The research of the project management theory can help the project to reduce the cost, control the progress, guarantee the quality and avoid the risk, thus improve the enterprise management level, and strengthen the core competitiveness.Software enterprise is scientific and technological enterprise based on production, storage, use and consumption of knowledge and information. The arrival of science and technology has changed the operating environment of the current software enterprise. Because of the uncertainty and the gradual development of the software project, it has great demand for the development cycle and the cost. With the intensification of competition in the current industry market, profit margin compression, software enterprises in our country generally face on a smaller scale, the high complexity, the shortage of manpower, the schedule delay, the budget exceeded, the low quality, even project failure, at the same time, existing project management theory, especially for small and medium enterprises lack of practical experience. Therefore, enterprise project management research has very important significance for middle and small scale software in our country.This paper focuses on the small and medium-sized software enterprises, taking company H software development project as an example, based on the theory of modern project management practice research: first discusses the basic concept of software enterprise project management, schedule management, target assessment, cost control, and then introduces the development of software project management status at home and abroad process and research, introduces the mature management model and related theories, this the management and control significance of the software project from the social and economic benefits and the core competitiveness of enterprises; discusses the existing problems in project management from aspect such as making the overall target, cost control method, key stage management, should integrate diversified management concept, establish a scientific project management mechanism. It is hoped that this paper can provide a good reference for the project management of scientific and middle and small scale software enterprise project management.
