Karl Marx once said:"Business depends on the development of the city, and thedevelopment of the city but also to the commercial conditions." Is one of the mostactive economic sectors in the city’s commercial city formation and development ofone of the important driving forces.Since the reform and opening up, especially since the accession to the WTO, thedomestic economy sustained rapid growth, the people rising income levels, ourcountry is becoming more open, some foreign large-scale retail enterprises to enterthe Chinese market, the combined effect of these factors, China’s commercialactivities showed some new situations. These cases the specific performance ofemerging and developing new commercial activities; old commercial activitiesconstantly adjust, transformation in order to adapt to the times; scale differencebetween different formats and huge.Along with the continuous development of the economy and the influx ofWestern culture, the traditional consumer behavior patterns gradually along with thedevelopment changes. With the in-depth research on consumer behavior and attention,the impact of consumer behavior on the internal layout of commercial buildings willalso be increasing. The emergence of new consumer behavior, as well as people’sliving standards improve, causing people to the spirit, the substances increasingdemand, modern large commercial buildings no longer is the kind of closed,introverted, simply just shopping a function of the building. Large commercialbuildings in order to meet the above-mentioned changes, the internal layout is boundalso will break the layout of the old commercial buildings, in order to better meet theneeds of the people of the growing demand.This thesis Throughout the course of development of commercial buildings,traditional commercial building size is relatively small, relative to a single function,the shopping experience is relatively boring, lack of active degrees. New businessdevelopment in the above aspects is obvious. This article is based on this phenomenon,through field research and theoretical research from the local point of view ofcommercial building internal research complex characteristics of the development ofthe contemporary city, summed up the contemporary large commercial complexfunctional layout and traffic flow line layout several form. In addition, through a lot of research on the basis of the provisions of the relevant specification control study,pointed out that some of the problems of the commercial complex, and the need tosupplement the perfect place to make greater practical significance of this study.
