It is worth discussing.Through to the research of commercial activities, based on the currentforeign mature commercial design concept, combining the a large number of casestudies both at home and abroad, this article states the principles, strategies andmethods of commercial planning and design. Firstly, it analyzes the structure andscale of commercial complex commercial format. On the basis of summarizingthe characteristics of business format and its related functions, it put forwardthe industrial selection and business matching strategy of different commercialcomplex project. It studies the space combination and connection mode from theperspective of business format. Secondly, it put forward five design principles ofcommercial complex form planning based on a large number of analysis ofsuccessful and failure case. Finally, it tested the rationality and practicabilityof format design theory through the practice of the project in specific business.The purpose of this article is to do some beneficial attempt of commercialcomplex design through the research of commercial design theory and analysis ofthe case about commercial complex.
