Automobile Manufacturing Safety Standardization And OhSAS18001System Integration Of Application Research

With the development of reform and opening, more and more enterprises draw into theoccupation health safety management system, in order to restrain the acts of persons. Chinesegovernment had launched the "machinery manufacturing enterprise safety productionstandardization" in machinery manufacturing enterprises since2004, in order to eliminateunsafe state of object. The one focus on safety technology and the other focus on the safetymanagement.The OHSAS18001system has been carried out for many years in our country, and thesafety production standardization machinery manufacturing enterprises in recent years, a newsafety management mode of implementation of our country’s. At present, more and moreenterprises run this two system at the same time. The effectiveness to improve efficiency,reduce duplication of work, integration of resources, avoid the "two pieces of skins", it isnecessary to integrate the systems.In this paper, an automobile manufacturing enterprise as the object of study, comparativestudy and application of OHSAS18001system and safety standard system, mainly from thefollowing several aspects to carry out the research work:1. Access to domestic and foreign literature in recent years research on safety productionstandardization and OHSAS18001system of nearly one hundred papers, and thestandardization of safety production and OHSAS18001system of domestic and foreignresearch present situation analysis;2. In the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the integration of safety productionstandardization and OHSAS18001system, through analyzing the core elements of theOHSAS18001system and standardization of safety production system, and points out theessence of system integration;3.Combining the characteristics of automobile manufacturing enterprise safetymanagement mode, operation situation of ANN and OHSAS18001system of automobilemanufacturing enterprise, determine the main existing safety standard and OHSAS18001system of automobile manufacturing enterprise problems;4.Analysis of the enterprise safety standard and OHSAS18001system integrationrequired basis, determine the elements of the integrated system and mode of operation, thetwo system mainly from15aspects of policy and principle, hazard identification, targetmanagement, system documentation, integration and fusion, and the formation of suitable for the actual business management system, and summed up the standard and OHSAS18001system integration guarantee the necessary conditions;5.The integration scheme is applied to Honda Motor (China) Co., Ltd., focuses on theintegration of the guidelines and principles, hazard identification, target management,education and training, system documentation, equipment and facilities management, theprocess and steps of integrating safety standard and OHSAS18001system, emphasizes thesystem integration of follow-up improvement and fusion, verifying the validity andpracticability of the system integration.The OHSAS18001system and standardization of safety production system is verysimilar, the operation mode of the same are circulation model PDCA. However, theenterprises to carry out integrated management system is more focused on system operability,enforceability. So, this paper puts forward a lot of very suitable for the actual needs,user-friendly management tools and management methods. This dissertation mainly focuseson the present utility and actual practice, the hope can give the enterprise engaged in safetymanagement and system into the staff to the actual operation of reference.
