Evaluation And Optimization For The Security Standardization Of Commercial Concrete Enterprise

Commercial concrete industry is SMEs one of the industry and trade enterprises, due to the limited time and heavy task, many deficiencies always arise in the process of building the safety standard system which China intends to generalize throughout the field of industry and trade.Accordingly, the current situation of building the safety standard for the field of industry and trade in Jinhua was analysised in the paper. The hazards were identified according to the production process and safety features of commercial concrete manufacturers and in combination with the standard construction associated with a commercial concrete manufacturer in Jinhua. The commercial concrete production process and the effect of the standard system in the field of industry and trade (including the preliminary hazard analysis and LEC method) were evaluated by the safety system analysis methods. Measures against the risk were made on the basis of the test and study on dust hazard control the main risk (dust hazard) at the concrete production sites. Finally, an improvement suggestion on the specification for evaluation of the safety standard of the field was proposed.
