Research On Safety Production Standardization Management Evaluation System Of Guodian Suzhou Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.

Safety production is the cornerstone of the survival and development of electric power enterprises.It is related to the personal safety and health of the workers,the benefits of the enterprises and its sustainable development,and to a certain extent,the interests of the country.If any negligence in security occurs,the consequences would be unpredictable and the losses are also irretrievable.Recent years has witnessed the increasing emphasis laid upon the construction of safety production standardization,which is brought by the electric power industry in order to enable every enterprise to be aware of the responsibility for security thus maintaining a safer and more standard production state.This is also an important action to effectively avoid accidents,an essential requirement to improve quality and efficiency,and an important guarantee to govern enterprises according to law.Since 2014,China Electric Power Group(C.E.P.G.)has comprehensively promoted the establishment of safety production standardization.Each subordinate company has been deploying and implementing the scheme in an orderly and all-out manner.On the premise of guaranteeing productivity,C.E.P.G has actively devoted itself to the construction of safety production standardization.In strict accordance with national laws,regulations and relevant industry norms,C.E.P.G requires the relevant departments to select pilot units in its subordinate enterprises,serving the function of constantly exploring,improving and formulating a standardized management and evaluation system of safety production.Each unit uses this system to carry out relevant work,and makes corresponding supplements and deletions according to its own conditions.At the same time,C.E.P.G encourages its employees to organize discussion about optimizing the system in which they can bring their ideas together so as to make the system more scientific and more applicable.Beginning with the introduction of the management evaluation system of C.E.P.G,this paper takes the standardization construction of Suzhou Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,C.E.P.G as the object to carry out the implementation of the system and comprehensively tease out the standardization management evaluation process of the company.Moreover,the author will analyze its management and evaluation process and put forward the practical management evaluation system from two aspects: management and evaluation criteria.Measures induced in this paper will not only provide theoretical support and evaluation basis for the future standardization construction work of Suzhou Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,which is conducive to the long-term maintenance of work achievements,but also providesome reference for the system optimization.Considering the practical applicability,the thesis will also be useful for similar enterprises.In order to achieve the research purpose,the author used questionnaire survey,empirical research,PDCA cycle method and some other measures.Through the study of the work process of standardization construction in Suzhou Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,the author analyzed the results of standardization evaluation,meanwhile collating relevant data and using 4M1 E analysis method to assess the main factors acting on the standardization construction from four aspects: personnel,equipment,management and environment.With all step above being done,the improvement measures of standardization management and evaluation system are put forward.
