Research On Standardization Construction Of Production Teams Of LY Inner Mongolia Wind Power Company

With the optimization and transformation of China's energy structure,the proportion of non fossil energy consumption in all energy consumption proportion is higher and higher,followed by the emergence of new energy enterprises.In recent years,with the gradual improvement of relevant policies and the maturity of technical level,the construction cost of wind farms and the cost of generating electricity per kilowatt hour have been reduced year by year.It is estimated that China will realize the grid access of wind power at parity and bidding during the 13 th Five Year Plan Period,which is not only a new round of development opportunity,but also an arduous challenge for wind farm operators.Due to the late start of wind farm operation enterprises in China,a large number of personnel come from thermal power enterprises and fresh university graduates.The internal management system and mode refer to thermal power enterprises or power supply enterprises,which are not suitable for the field management of wind farms in many aspects.Under the new situation,these management modes and methods are more and more difficult to meet the needs of wind farm site management.The construction of standardization system of wind farm safety production management is of great significance to the development of wind power enterprises in all aspects,including safety management,production management,equipment reliability management and team construction management level improvement.Under such a research background,this paper takes the wind farm first-line production team of LY inner Mongolia company as an example,from the perspective of standardization construction,using the whole process management,lean management and other related management theory knowledge,aiming at the standardization management problems faced by wind power operation enterprises in the production line,combined with the characteristics of wind power operation enterprises,analyzes the wind farm production This paper puts forward the ideas,system design and safeguard measures of the standardization construction of production teams in wind power enterprises,covering six aspects of team construction,including team infrastructure construction,team building of teams,team safety construction,team skill construction,team innovation construction and team democratic construction.Through the construction of related aspects,find the most suitable management methods and modes,and then improve the production team management level of wind power operation enterprises.
