In recent years,under the impetus of the State Administration of work safety,the enterprises of various industries in our country have carried out the standardization construction of safety production,and have made great achievements.The weapon industry belongs to high-risk industries,which have higher probability of accidents and accidents than in other industries.Under the influence of the weapon industry,the accident of the weapon company will produce an incalculable personnel and property damage.Thus,strengthen the standardization of production safety in the weapon industry construction,improve the weapon for examination and assessment of industry standardization work,make more scientific and reasonable evaluation method,evaluation results can reflect enterprise present situation,more and continuous improvement,in response to the construction of safety production standardization of environment and situation,and to accurately measure weapon enterprise standardization,improve the level of standardization,and in the monitored to prevent weapons in the daily management of the enterprise risk accident,weapons to promote the sustainable development of industry economy is of great significance.This paper is based on the "production safety standardization evaluation standard" of China North Industries Group Corporation for the first time,the fuzzy hierarchy and LEC method combined with the introduction of safety standardization assessment,and the use of a weapon in safety production standardization in the evaluation of enterprises.Through the establishment of fuzzy-LEC method evaluation system,with the weapon of enterprise as the research object,the overall standard examination based on enterprise safety production standardization simple,highlighting the focus on the problems that we should pay attention to the standardization of enterprises in high-risk equipment or high-risk job etc.high risk evaluation of project evaluation by LEC method.And based on safety risk evaluation project Fuzzy AHP evaluation,to assess the safety risk assessment results of the project for reference,to determine whether the project risk evaluation of adverse effects evaluation of the status quo of enterprise safety production standardization,whether on the grade of production safety standards have been obtained a negative evaluation,to verify the standardization the original evaluation grade enterprise is appropriate.The use of a comprehensive analysis of all the evaluation method of enterprise LEC risk level,then use of a specific evaluation of the safety assessment method of fuzzy hierarchy,solved in enterprises safety standardization evaluation criteria of grade due to inaccuracies caused by enterprises of high-risk items are not standard in order to bring major enterprises neglect of personal injury and property damages the problem,as well as the safety production standardization work in enterprises,focus on the rectification of the daily supervision of the problem is not clear direction.Through the study of the whole enterprise safety production standardization level division is more clear and accurate,the weapons industry safety standardization assessment more reasonable and more focused,lay the theoretical foundation of scientific development for the safe production of the weapons industry standard evaluation work.
