Schedule management is becoming more and more prominent as an important partof project management. It is not only the guarantee for economic and social benefits, butalso a direct manifestation of the management capacity. The development and applicationof project management software, such as P6, Project, is pushing schedule managementinto a period of rapid development. Computer technology used in schedule management, such as network planning, has enhanced the progress management level. Yet, there arestill many problems which cannot be solved in actual projects, although advancedtechnology and management methods are used. Progress nets phenomenon often affectsthe project economic benefits. as a part of the lean construction management, the Kanbanmanagement technology can improve the accuracy of the schedule management.Introducing BIM to the project schedule Kanban system can help us improve theefficiency of schedule management, which has a great of significance. The problems mentioned in this thesis were solved by the methods of literaturereview, investigation and analysis. Firstly, build a large project3D building informationmodel on the basic of analyzing BIM technology and BIM software. Then buildBIM-based kanban management which contains progress information and the progress ofbased on bar code curtain wall system. Finally, analyze the effects of the introduction ofBIM-based Kanban. This thesis brings a new perspective to the application of BIMtechnology in the schedule management, at the same time, the combination of3D BIMand schedule management of project management provide a new idea to constructionmanagement.,...
