Research On Crisis Management Of City Fire

A city is a certain area with certain population where economic activity isconcentrated. With the development of human society and civilization, the scale ofcity is becoming larger and larger, and the proportion of city dwellers continuouslyincreased. The original intention for human beings to build up cities is to make ourlives easier and more convenient, but now days, crisis and disasters has becomeinevitable problems we are facing during the progress of urbanization, especially thefires happened in a sudden frequently, imperil the cities into danger. The study of firecrisis in China started later than other developed western counties, and mainly focusedon theoretical study. The study of fire crisis happened in cities is still a piece ofwhiter-than-white paper. On the other hand, in practical studies, only some firemanengaged in how to improve the fire control and fire extinguishing ability. Thetheoretical study and practical study are disconnected. To do some theoretical analysisas well as practical exploration, trying to consider the process of fire crisismanagement in whole and thus combine both theoretical and practical study into one,is what I attempt to do in this dissertation.
