There exist a large number of industrial buildings in china today. Since theindustrial building is the main place of industrial production, if crisis accidents occurredin industrial building, safety of personnel and equipment will be seriously threatened,and the normal production of enterprises will also be affected. Therefore, it is needed toattach great importance to the industrial building management to prevent the crisis.In this paper, it starts from the construction management of the enterprise, throughin-depth research theories about crisis management and industrial buildings at home andabroad, and finds that the industrial construction of crisis management research is stillin its initial stage, which is lack of relevant theories and management system. Therefore,this article sets industrial building crisis management as the research background, viaanalyzing the crisis factors affecting the safety of industrial buildings, to establish crisislevel evaluation system, and provide some guidance for the subsequent crisismanagement research. Finally, it provides guidance for industrial buildings’ dailymanagement based on the investigation data. The specific research ideas and results areas follows:(1) Define the concept of industrial building crisis management, crisis factor ofindustrial architecture(2) To establish industrial building crisis factor system. Considering thecharacteristics of the industrial building management and crisis management, theindustrial building crisis factor is divided into disaster accident crisis factor,architectural safety factor and management factor(3) To establish the construction of industrial building crisis level evaluation system. Crisis factor index system is set on the analysis of the industrial building crisisfactor. By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method, the article makes the comprehensive evaluation to index system.Finally it gets the crisis level of industrial architecture. Setting crisis level evaluationsystem is helpful to promote enterprise management of the industrial building andenhance the crisis to prevent and deal with.(4) The improvement of the industrial building crisis prevention and control system.By sorting out and analyzing data, it analyzes the present situation of constructionmanagement. Thus, this article provides recommendations for improving crisisprevention and control system of industrial buildings in the construction managementorganization framework and daily management and crisis prevention and controlmechanism.
