Because of the large amount of profession content, the complicated system,the complex constitution of costing, it is completely difficult to control the costingeffectively in electromechanical installation enterprise. At the same time, theelectromechanical installation has special properties, the space of costing and profits arerelatively big than other project enterprises. With the increasing development and research ofmanagement level in company, the theories and methods of project management are used inelectromechanical installation programs, but there is a great gap in the theory of modernproject management between inland and foreign. So it is significant to improve thecompetitiveness power of the enterprise by solving the practical problems appeared in theeveryday operation and management.This paper is major researched on the project management of Chemical strictemergency monitor system. On this basis, the general situation and structure is firstlyanalyzed.
