Project quality is the decisive factor that determines the success or failure of a project.Therefore,project quality has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life,and the state is gradually strengthening the control of project quality.In the process of engineering construction,construction enterprises also pay more and more attention to strengthening the effect of construction quality management.Among them,the mechanical and electrical installation project is an important part of the whole project,the current domestic mechanical and electrical installation project management is still in a very backward,the rough,primitive state,and the mechanical and electrical installation project cycle is long,inspection items,take cover engineering,technical requirement is high,the current quality management system and quality management methods and there are many need to discuss and improve.Quality management means in a certain project,planning and the division of functions,on the basis of in order to ensure quality and schedule of the project,with perfect quality control system,according to certain principles,certain management practices,certain evaluation criteria,to the sum of the activities in the quality requirements in advance.The traditional quality management mode has the defects of incomplete management system,unadvanced management mode,unsound management system and unscientific evaluation system,which result in the increase of the amount of resources invested in mechanical and electrical installation projects and the decrease of the benefits,and it is at a disadvantage in the severe market competition.Only by abandoning the traditional management mode,adopting the refined quality management mode,and introducing the refined management concept into the electromechanical installation projects,can we reduce the cost and achieve the best enterprise benefits without reducing the requirements.The paper is divided into six parts:the first part,introduction,mainly introduces the topic selection background and the practical and theoretical significance of the research,summarizes the progress of the quality management and fine management of mechanical and electrical engineering at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the main research content and research methods adopted in this paper;The second part summarizes the theories and methods of quality management and fine management.The third part,the paper puts forward fine quality management goals and standards,and on this basis,based on literature research,the selection of the mechanical and electrical installation project of fine quality management effect evaluation indexes,using expert questionnaire screening evaluation index,using the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct fine quality management evaluation model;In the fourth part,the comprehensive evaluation of fine quality management is carried out in combination with specific examples.The basic situation and quality management measures of A office building electromechanical installation project are introduced.The comprehensive evaluation of quality management of electromechanical installation project is carried out by using the fine quality management evaluation model established above.In the fifth part,based on the evaluation results of the quality management of A office building electromechanical installation project,the corresponding quality management improvement measures are proposed.In the sixth part,conclusion and prospect,the refined quality management evaluation method for electromechanical installation projects proposed in this paper is simple and practical,and the evaluation index system should be continuously improved.This paper adopts the method of case analysis and the method of analytic hierarchy process--fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the implementation effect of the fine quality management of A office building electromechanical installation project,which can provide reference for the construction enterprises to improve the quality management and has good engineering practice value.
