At present, the building energy consumption, industrial energy consumption, transportation energy consumption parallel to the three major energy consumption in China. Implementation of building energy efficiency is an important part of energy saving and emission reduction strategy.Existing Building Energy Saving implementation of building energy efficiency is one important way. However, energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings there is a large investment and long payback period, energy efficiency lag, have not been able to carry out large-scale. The other hand, our country has a large population base, the overall level is not high, the cultural differences, weak awareness of energy conservation in rural areas.
