| Taking existing residential buildings in cold areas of tianjin as an example,this paper studies how to apply passive house technology to energy saving transformation of existing residential buildings,and explores new ideas and methods for energy saving transformation of existing residential buildings.First of all,the author investigated the use of existing residential buildings and the status quo of energy-saving transformation in tianjin,analyzed the status quo characteristics of the existing residential building envelope,and summarized the shortcomings and room for improvement in the current energy-saving transformation of existing residential buildings.To extract the representative of tianjin existing residential buildings as the benchmark model,carries on the energy consumption simulation as the basic value of energy-saving reconstruction,and further analyzed the impact of the retaining structure of the heating energy consumption of sensitivity coefficient,energy-saving retrofit scheme for next use passive home technology provides the reference and basis.After that,the author briefly introduced the standard and technical system of passive house,combined with the practice of passive house engineering,combed out the specific measures of passive house technical system,and finally analyzed the suitability and feasibility of using passive house technology to carry out energy-saving transformation of existing residential buildings from two aspects of energy-saving concept and technical measures.On the basis of comparing the whole transformation and single household transformation,the main form of energy saving transformation program is determined as single household energy saving transformation,and specific energy saving transformation program is put forward according to the characteristics of single household energy saving transformation.Finally,Design the orthogonal test plan of energy saving transformation,use the Design Builder to simulate the energy consumption of the test plan,and then analyze the orthogonal test result and effect curve of the energy saving transformation plan,so as to select the appropriate combination plan of energy saving transformation.On this basis,the energy saving rate,emission reduction and incremental cost of the energy saving transformation scheme are analyzed to verify its feasibility and rationality. |
