Research On Energy Saving Reconstruction Of Existing Rural Housing Envelope In Daokou Town Of Huaxian County

In recent years,with the implementation of the new rural policy,the rural economy has developed rapidly,farmers’ requirements for indoor comfort have gradually improved,and the energy consumption of rural houses has also increased and maintained a growing trend.In the context of the current energy crisis,rural housing energy saving and emission reduction has been put on the agenda,and has become an important research content of building energy saving development in China.The topic of this paper comes from the national key R & D program intergovernmental international science and technology innovation cooperation special project "research and development and demonstration of sustainable community model of historical towns based on a better life",task 3 "research and development and application of sustainable protection and management model of historical towns",Project No.2019yfe0106200.This paper selects the existing rural houses in Daokou Town,Huaxian County,Henan Province as the research object.Through the field investigation,household interview and actual measurement of ten villages in this area,the first-hand information of the current situation of rural houses in this area is obtained.On this basis,the living and energy-saving status of rural houses in Daokou Town,Huaxian county is analyzed and summarized.Aiming at the problems of rural houses summarized in the investigation,starting from the enclosure structure,the external walls and energy-saving of rural houses are analyzed The research is carried out in four parts: roof,external doors and windows.The key technologies such as thermal insulation materials,construction methods and special joint treatment are mainly discussed.This paper takes two typical and representative rural housing reconstruction projects in Daokou five villages as examples to determine the specific reconstruction scheme of rural housing envelope structure in the project,and uses De ST-h energy consumption simulation software to simulate and verify the energy-saving effect after the transformation.Finally,it analyzes the economy of the transformation scheme,and verifies the rationality and economy of the transformation scheme.
