| With the continuous economic growth and the rapid development of the service industry and tourism industry,as the space carrier of economic activities and social services,hotel buildings are increasing day by day,and people’s requirements for hotel building functions and indoor environmental quality have greatly increased.Its proportion in the social terminal energy consumption is increasing.The hotel building has comprehensive functions.The energy supply system involves air-conditioning cold and hot water,domestic hot water,swimming pool hot water,laundry hot water,steam,etc.According to the principle of energy cascade utilization,the hotel building energy-saving technology is reasonably developed and applied,and waste heat is recovered,which can greatly reduce the operating energy consumption.Carrying out energy-saving technology transformation and energy consumption analysis and research on existing hotel buildings is an important way to promote the healthy development of building energy-saving work in my country and achieve the strategic goal of total energy consumption control.It is also an inevitable choice to achieve"carbon peak and carbon neutrality".Taking the existing hotel buildings in the hot summer and cold winter areas as the research object,starting from the building functions of the hotel,the occupancy rules of the people,the characteristics of the star-rated hotels,and the energy usage,the on-site investigation summarizes the energy consumption composition and energy consumption characteristics of the hotel buildings,and introduces the existing hotel buildings.There are hotel building energy-saving design plans and energy-saving renovation technologies,determine the data collection indicators of the hotel building energy consumption collection system,analyze the influencing factors of hotel building energy consumption,improve the architecture design of the energy consumption monitoring system,and build energy consumption suitable for most hotel buildings.Categorical measurement monitoring model.According to the measurement and inspection data of the actual operation of the hotel from 2016 to 2021,energy consumption analysis and energy consumption index evaluation were carried out.Using correlation theory and linear regression analysis methods,the influencing factors of energy consumption of existing hotel buildings are analyzed and discussed.In 2016,the average energy consumption per unit building area of the hotel with energy-saving design was 89.01k Wh/(m~2·a).Guide value 180 k Wh/(m~2·a).Among them,lighting and equipment energy consumption accounted for 66%,air conditioning energy consumption accounted for 21%,boiler energy consumption accounted for 8%,and the energy consumption was the lowest in February.In 2021,after the energy-saving renovation is fully put into use,the annual average energy consumption per unit building area will be reduced to 76.97kgce/(m~2·a).High occupancy rate brings high energy consumption.Summer and autumn generally consume more energy than other seasons.Lighting and equipment energy consumption are most affected by the epidemic.The temperature change affects 77%of the air-conditioning energy consumption change,and the correlation with the boiler energy consumption is relatively weak.There is a significant correlation between the occupancy rate and the lighting and equipment energy consumption,but there is no correlation between the air-conditioning energy consumption.A multivariate linear regression method is used to establish a hotel building energy consumption prediction model based on predicted values and classification index variables,which can realize the quantification of energy consumption costs by energy-saving technologies,provide guidance for the decision-making of energy-saving renovation and optimization plans for actual projects,and help hotel enterprises.Quantify the assessment and evaluation of energy use after energy-saving retrofits. |
