Because the semi-trailer compared to other modes of transport has the advantage of Rapidness, mobility, flexibility, security, and therefore, the use of semi-trailer transport has become the main way of transportation of goods. Because most of the semi-trailer manufacturers in china for small and medium enterprises to have a lower level of design, the lack of talent, and the weak of independent research and development and rapid customization, there is an urgent need the lightweight design software systems of semi-trailer of a comprehensive consideration of the structural optimization methods, lightweight materials and advanced manufacturing technology to help businesses low-cost, fast, and efficiently to complete the design and assembly of components, to improve the level of production of personalization, standardization, serialization. In response to these needs, semi-trailer rapid assembly system is studied and developed in this paper, the establishment of the system is of great significance to enhance the market competitiveness of the semi-trailer manufacturers. The main contents are as follows:1) On the basis of the experimental and theoretical analysis of the other members of the research group, determine the structure of a semi-trailer frame assembly redundancy and weak areas and in the semi-trailer frame on the basis of the optimization of structural and process of implementation can meet the customers’ personalized demand of semi-trailer frame assembly optimization and lightweight design.2) On the base of the main assembly features of the theory, methods, and semi-trailer quick assembly system, the modular technology and data integration technology are used to make semi-trailer core components and the main assembly for the standardization and serialization of decomposition.3) UG as a development platform, the establishment of the semi-trailer products based database, including template library and reuse libraries and related assembly parts information database, etc., can provide strong data support for the rapid design of parts and assembly of semi-trailer frame.4) Determine the semi-trailer of rapid assembly system’s overall design process and realization method, and the use of determine the semi-trailer of rapid assembly system’s overall design process and realization method, and the use of automated assembly technology, key technology such as reuse library and associated parts between parameters, has realized the semi-trailer fast assembly, and assembly of a kind of semi-trailer frame has been designed to validate the validity and practicability of this method. |
