Semi-trailer as an important transport vehicle in logistics industry, withhigher transport productivity, if shipping container on it, can constitute acombined transport between railways and waterways, which is very convenient.It has very significant impact on shortening the transport cycle, reducingtransportation costs, promoting energy conservation. Because of our countrypromote Drop and Pull Transport pattern, making the semi-trailer market is hugepotential for development. The larger the market demand for semi-trailer, themore intense market competition will be. How to stand out in the fiercecompetition in the market become many semi-trailer manufacturers’ prioritytarget. Semi-trailer’s frame, suspension, axles, bearings, traction assembly, arethe important components of semi-trailer, which has an important impact onsemi–trailer. Interchangeable assembly enables the user to select trailerassembly according to their own wishes, meet individual customizedrequirements, assembly interchangeable rapid assembly design system based onUG allows enterprises to quickly purchase the appropriate assembly accordingto customer orders, reduce parts inventory, lower production costs. In the generalassembly design, manual assembly design process is tedious, cost time and has higher error rate,in order to solve this problem, this paper presents the assemblyinterchangeable rapid assembly design technology, The technology caneffectively shorten the design cycle, reduce designer’s labor intensity, improvethe success rate of design. Therefore, this semi-trailer assembly interchangeablerapid assembly design system have a significant effect on users, designers andenterprises.
