Quality Management And Control Of Banqiao Town Construction Project

In recent years, the construction industry in our country has obtained rapid development. With the great promotion of the productivity and build ability, the construction industry is playing a great role in the development of the national economy. Simultaneously, the rapid development of construction also puts forward higher requirements to the quality of the construction project. The quality of construction projects is related to its success, the state property and people’s life. Although the work of quality management and control has obtained great development, there are still many quality accidents of construction projects. More people have to devote their energies to the quality control of construction. It’s demanded that we should explore the right control mode which accord with national and enterprises’ situations to improve the quality of construction projects.In order to solve the quality problems which may appear in the process of construction and formulate measures to control the quality in advance, the Banqiao Town construction project is researched in the paper. Combined with the theory of quality management, the statistical analysis method is applied to help to formulate scientific and rational plan of quality control which will play a guide role in the construction process.In the paper, combined with the characteristics of engineering and the quality of engineering, theory and practice are both used to research the Banqiao project. In the paper, the system of quality management and assurance for project is drawn up first. Through analyzing the influencing factors and setting quality control points, integral quality management institution is formulated. For some important sub-projects and processes, such as the construction of main floor and welding of crafts piping, the method of QC group activities and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to analyze the process of quality control to formulate control measures. In the paper, the problems which may appear in construction preparation stage, construction stage and completion acceptance stage are analyzed one by one to take measures to ensure the quality goal.At last, the main research contents are summarized and the shortages in the process of writing and some problems to be solved are raised.
