Application Research Of BIM Technology In Construction Quality Management Of A Certain Group Of Projects

This paper takes the project of the A section of the new campus project of Hebei University of Engineering as the background,and analyzes the BIM of the Hebei University Construction Group Co.,Ltd.based on the quality management characteristics of the poor quality communication and the poor management of information management.The application of technology in the quality control point of group projects established a BIM-based construction quality management system to achieve quality dynamic management throughout the construction process,achieving the goal of combining BIM technology with construction quality management.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Combining the traditional construction quality management theory with BIM technology,using the characteristics of visualization,informationization and coordination to establish a BIM-based construction quality management system,laying the foundation for the application of BIM technology in the construction quality management of group projects.(2)Taking a certain group project as an example,the paper analyzes the creation process and precautions of BIM model,and describes the quality of BIM technology in a certain section from four aspects: drawing review,pipeline collision,reserved port positioning and complex node simulation.Implementation of ex ante management.(3)Analyzed the specific implementation form of BIM technology management in the construction quality of group projects.Firstly,the application of 3D model in construction quality control point is analyzed.Then the application of QR code technology in construction technology is realized.Finally,BIM model combines modern information technology to collect and track on-site quality information.(4)Discussed the application of BIM completion model in group project quality management.Taking the specific project closing stage as an example,the BIM completion model is an effective method for construction quality management.Combine the workflow of the on-site finishing stage with the completion model,analyze the application process of the quality management of the completion model in the final stage,and realize the tracking and recording of the quality information of the BIM technology in each stage of the group project.
