With the rapid development of China-made large civil aircraft equipment, themaintenance of civil aircraft is a complex and higher levels of technical process.Civilaircraft maintenance in traditional model solve the information management needs ofcomputerized MIS system to a certain extent, but it can not make full use of theadvantages of network, and has problems in many ways. Combined with the increasingsize of modern civil aircraft maintenance, we use wireless network technology combinewith the mature J2EE development framework which has virtues of cross-platform,portable, easy scalability and good security, design the System the Web-based CivilAircraft maintenance Information MIS system, make system to shift from the "Digital"mode to "networking survival" mode.This issue comes from the major national project, the ultimate goal is to developone application based on J2EE suitable for the project, also can use multi-terminal. Thisresearch content of this paper has the following aspects:First, analysis the current situation of the aircraft maintenance managementinformation at home and abroad to proof the feasibility of this project;Second, analysis the requirements of system, design the civil aircraft maintenanceinformation management system exhaustive with the principle of "high cohesion andloose coupling";Last, test the civil aircraft maintenance information system, and summarize thedevelopment and implementation of the system. Through a series of functional tests andverification, we find it meet the design requirements basically, use this system; you canachieve basic civil aircraft maintenance management information.
