In recent years,the aviation industry has made rapid development in the support of the state,following unprecedented opportunities to the aircraft manufacturing industry,as well as more challenges.The informatization management and control to the civil aircraft production site become so much important,especially after the introduction of digital assembly technology into the field of aerospace manufacturing assembly.In China,the level of information management of civil aircraft assembly workshop is still lagging behind,and the management and control to the production of civil aircraft mostly by hand.However,after the introduction of digital technology,many positioning parameters and assembly processes require information management,that's to say,we need an information management and control system to uniformly assign various resources of the production site and manage personnel,products,fixtures,materials and inventory on site,in order to coordinate digital assembly and increase productivity and finally meet the demands of the development of civil aircraft.In this paper,by deep study of civil aircraft production site control business and its actual situation,combining with the advanced data management theory PDM,Internet of Things technology,RFID information collection technology,and the use of advanced programming technology,such as JSP,CSS,AJAX,Jquery and so on,research on civil aircraft production site management system based on digital assembly is designed and developed.Main research contents were as fooolws:1.The further study of the management status and the process of the civil aircraft production and assembly enterprise is done,and induction analysis for contents involved in civil aircraft production management and control has been carried on;2.Study the information collection method of the civil aircraft production site based on RFID,the data management method based on PDM,the material distribution algorithm based on IoT and quality control system in accordance with airworthiness requirements.3.On the basis of the analysis to the control requirements of the civil aircraft production site,the system model,the organizational structure model,the access control model,the business process model and the database management model of the civil assembly site control system based on digital assembly are established;4.Design and research about the system architecture,system framework,database,process module and development strategy of civil aircraft production site management system based on digital assembly has been done,and the outline design plan of the system is completed.5.Detailed design for the fixture management subsystem is accomplished,programming and development of it has been fulfilled by using various types of programming technology.At present,the system has been installed in a civil aircraft manufacturing enterprises,and has played an important role in the information management of its assembly and production activities.
