Geomorphology is the stage of life, the natural elements such as Light, wind, water,earth, etc. on the geomorphology are the basic conditions for life-breeding.Geomorphologic landscape is a natural geographical complex consisting of surfaceecological elements such as climate, soil, vegetation etc. which is associated withgeomorphology.“Each place has its streams in from all over the country” DifferentGeomorphologic landscape can breed different settlement landscape. Mountain as atopography, the relationship of the mountain settlement building activities andgeomorphic environment is particularly close, distribution and construction of themountain new rural settlements growing up in the Earth’s surface, whether suitable forthe Geomorphologic Landscape environment, is the most directly expression of themountain new rural ecological construction.In2010, the sichuan provincial government is actively promoting the successfulexperience of new rural construction in the "5·12" earthquake recovery reconstruction,decided to with the new village construction and public service as the carrier, exploresthe construction of new countryside again with planning as a leader in non-developedmountainous areas of Sichuan province. the country set off a boom of former renovationand new village construction under this background. But in the construction of newcountryside, especially new rural construction activities in non-developed mountainousregions, due to lack of relatively mature planning theory and cases for reference, onlyapplied mechanically with planning methods, design standards, residential forms and soof the residential area in the city, many newly built village landscape and residentialarea landscape in the city is similar, and destroyed the simple natural landscapeenvironment of the traditional rural settlements in mountainous region, lost the localcharacteristics.Not developed mountainous region in sichuan province, the majority of small-scalepeasant economy in rural areas remain the main mode of production, which is basicallyidentical with the traditional agricultural social mode of production of mountain area.Site selection method of the traditional rural settlements in mountainous region, to someextent, is suitable for landscape environment, at the same time, traditional settlementway of settlement and the settlement fully match the environmental capacity, so that theoverall pattern of traditional settlements in mountainous region not only has good natural ecological environment, to a large extent also build a good social environment,has reference significance of the new rural construction in non developed mountainousregion in sichuan province, but the traditional agrarian industrial type is not suitable forcontemporary new rural development. New rural construction can draw lessons fromcontemporary landscape factors on site selection of traditional mountain villages,transmission matching environment capacity of traditional settlements, and transformthe traditional industry pattern and so on three aspects, carries on the new ruralconstruction which is suitable for geomorphologic landscape environment.To sum up, this study takes qu county new rural construction demonstration projectfor an example, which is a new rural construction demonstration county located in thenon-seismic region of east sichuan, on the macro scale, from the perspective of suitablefor geomorphologic landscape environment, carries on the new rural construction fromthree aspects such as the site selection, leading industries, aggregation, discusses thedistribution planning method of mountain rural settlement which is suitable forgeomorphologic landscape environment, to maximize protection of mountain ruralsettlement landscape ecological environment, highlights the regional characteristic ofthe new rural settlement construction in qu county.Paper’s logic system mainly consists of the following four parts:The first part is to define the research background and related research status athome and abroad. By reading the current economy and policy background of themountain new rural construction, clear the basic research direction of this paper, andthen to define the geomorphy, landscape, geomorphologic landscape and the of ruralsettlements, etc, and combining related theory and practice research of new ruralconstruction in domestic and foreign country, reflect on the current status of the newrural construction, and on this basis, the study content of this paper——to constructmountainous new rural settlement suitable for geomorphologic landscape from threeaspects,such as site selection, leading industries, aggregation, so as to guide new ruralsettlement planning scientifically.The second part is the research on traditional rural settlement landscape inmountainous region suitability. On the analysis of the relationship of the traditional ruralmountainous settlements and geomorphologic landscape environment from threeaspects in landscape factors such as site selection method, the settlement way, industrialpattern, on the basis of sum up the experience of the overall layout of the traditionalmountainous rural settlements in the aspect of ecological suitability, and analysis of traditional excellent mountain rural settlement cases, in order to enlighten tocontemporary new rural practices, on this basis put forward the thought of appropriategeomorphologic landscape of the construction of contemporary mountain new ruralsettlement.The third part is the qu county county case study. take qu county region for aclassic example of the non-rich mountain new rural construction research, analysis andsums up characteristics and the current status of qu county mountain rural settlementdistribution, through study the correlation of rural settlement distribution under themountainous topography in the landscape elements, put forward specific planning ideasand methods, overall layout planning of qu county mountain rural settlement, providingscientific guidance and practical significance for new rural construction.The fourth part has summarized the conclusions of this paper.
