Study On The Planning And Design Of Home Stay Clusters Based On The Landscape Features Of Rural Settlements In Bayu

The large-scale involvement of tourism in rural areas makes the B & B industry develop vigorously.B & B and B & B clusters have become an important spatial carrier of rural tourism.However,the protection and inheritance of regional landscape elements in the process of B & B cluster construction are unreasonable,which makes the phenomenon of lack of local characteristics and low quality of overall space style and features of B & B cluster.At the same time,due to the lack of consideration of the social and cultural traditions of local settlements and the lack of pertinence in the search for cultural prototypes,the homestay clusters lack of local life in the process of reconstructing settlements,resulting in the absence of the hometown atmosphere and living experience of B & B clusters.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the scientific understanding of the landscape characteristics of local settlements and explore the way to reconstruct the regional characteristics of B & B clusters.Based on the summary of the landscape characteristics of local settlements in Bayu area and the investigation of the current situation of B & B clusters,this paper puts forward "how to inherit the landscape features of Bayu rural settlements,improve the overall settlement style and space quality","how to reflect the cultural context of landscape characteristics,increase the rural life experience and local atmosphere of B &B clusters","how to rely on the general trend of rural tourism to create a better environment Three practical problems to be solved in the construction of B & B clusters are as follows: core products maintain the sound development of settlement system.Taking Furong homestay village in Banan District as a practical case,this paper attempts to construct and design relevant strategies based on the landscape characteristics of Bayu rural settlements,such as "overall space style construction","poetic hometown intention condensation" and "thematic tourism product development".In order to endow the traditional local style of B & B settlement,and make it produce new vitality,it provides valuable theoretical and practical experience for the construction of B & B cluster in Bayu area.In terms of research content,firstly,the paper combs and summarizes the existing concepts of B & B cluster and local settlement landscape by means of background study and case study.Secondly,the paper scientifically selects typical Bayu local settlements as research samples,roughly expounds the relevant natural and cultural background elements in Bayu area,explains the relationship between them and the landscape of Bayu rural settlements,as well as the origin and development of settlements;through the field survey of typical local settlements in Bayu,it shows the landscape overview of settlements from macro schema to micro schema,and summarizes the settlement space The main features of style and cultural symbols are: the layout form of Bayu rural settlements(the mountainous features of settlement layout,the defensive features of layout,the boundary features of layout),the internal space features of Bayu rural settlements(the spatial characteristics of roads and alleys,the spatial characteristics of buildings and courtyards),the detail construction of local settlements(the landscape symbol characteristics of settlements)The material characteristics of the settlement.Then it looks for the related practice projects of B & B cluster in Chongqing,sums up the problems and design points in the process of localization,summarizes the relevant design principles,and puts forward the overall,local and thematic construction theme relying on the native scene.Then,taking Furong homestay village in tianxingsi town as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the practice site and makes a comprehensive judgment;combined with the landscape characteristics of Bayu rural settlements,it selects reasonable space style and cultural symbols as the site design elements;it proposes to create the overall landscape based on the landscape structure,reshape the local intention based on the poetic rural landscape,and develop based on the landscape context The three main design strategies of theme products are reconstructed and verified.Finally,the paper summarizes the research ideas of "summarizing the landscape characteristics of Bayu rural settlements-adapting measures to local conditions in Furong homestay village practice project",analyzes the innovation points and existing problems in the research,and thinks and describes the follow-up research.
