Risk management is a management method to identify、confirm and assessthe unexpected loss of invisible, develop、choice and practice a risk responseplan depending on the actual situation. Construction project management staffshould clearly understand the various risks in construction projects, be able tochoose the focus of risk management at the same time, and make timely responsemeasures to avoid project risk, and control the losses caused by the risk to aminimum, in order to ensure the construction project ultimately successful. Withthe expanding of the construction project scale, improvement of technicaldifficulty and social、economic、ecological environment is increasingly volatile,construction projects in the construction and operation phases tend to consumelarge amounts of energy and resources, especially the construction projects withlong construction period、large-scale investment, making the construction projectfaces many risks. So risk management capabilities of the management of largeconstruction projects are often a very important impact on a construction project.Risk management has become the decisive factor of weather the constructionprojects can benefit.In this paper using project risk management relevant principles, combiningwith realistic background of our project risk management, on the basis oftheoretical analysis and literature defining the scope of the risk of lossmeasurement of Qunli entrepreneurship project, dividing the risk factors are intofive categories, summing up the six principles to be followed by the buildingproject risk management evaluation, on this basis, building the index system ofevaluation of the effectiveness of risk management in the project, analyzing theevaluation method of the construction project risk management, introducing theclass of decision tree method, expert scoring method to measure the risk of lossin the project and evaluation, using of typical case studies on the Qunlientrepreneurship project risk management defining cost areas, introducingsensitivity analysis method specifically, defining the meaning of the riskmanagement gains, building the evaluation model used to evaluate theeffectiveness of risk management of entrepreneurship project. According to the problems of construction project risk management in China and evaluating theeffectiveness of project risk management to Qunli entrepreneurship project,proposing the suggestions of effectiveness of optimization to Qunlientrepreneurship project.
