| As important support for economic development energy is a driving force for economic growth, determines the scale and speed of economic growth. The long-term stable energy supply has become a global sensitive issue and the basis of making energy policy. The energy structure of "rich coal, poor oil, less gas", determines China’s economic and social development of the energy consumption mainly relying on coal resources. The long distance between the place of coal production and consumption makes the situation of across the region and long distance coal transportation, to ensure the stable development of regional economic.This paper thoroughly analyses present situation in China’s railway, highway, waterway transportation of coal, points out main problems of the three kind of coal transportations, combes coal resources reserves, eastern and western economic and social development situation, coal production, coal consumption. Through studying the eastern and western coal transportation pattern to know eastern and western economic development and complementary in energy and the environment.Secondly, this paper thoroughly analyses negative and positive influence on the social environment of coal transportation. On the basis of effect of the trend of social environment of coal transportation, established evaluation index system of coal on the social environment, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods according to the principle of establishing evaluation index system. Taking Shuohuang railway coal transportation as an example to evaluate by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, evaluation results of Shuohuang railway coal transportation has a greater positive impact on social environment.Finally, On the basis of evaluating social environment of coal transportation, the main conclusions are gained and views of our country coal transportation related countermeasures, measures and suggestions are put forward. |
