Numerous risk factors,man-machine interaction,unsound management systems,and unstructured preventive measures are the main reasons for the frequent occurrence of accidents in coal mine rail transit systems.To prevent accidents in the rail transit of coal mines,we must apply the relevant principles of ergonomics to carry out risk analysis and countermeasure research.Therefore,this paper establishes an accident model for the coal mine rail transit system,carries out risk analysis on the key accident cause nodes,and constructs an accident prevention system to improve its overall safety.First of all,collect the accidents of the coal rail transit system and classify them according to the type of equipment,the cause of the accident,and the principle of ergonomics to construct the basic events.The accident tree analysis is used to calculate the minimum cut set and minimum diameter set;the basic events are sorted according to the importance of the structure;and the influencing factors of the track transport system accident are studied.Secondly,according to the characteristics of Delphi method,combined with the basic events of the established rail transportation accident tree and the basic theories of safe ergonomics,a new index system of accident influencing factors applicable to this research method is constructed.Six primary evaluation indicators and 19 secondary evaluation indicators were finalized.Third,the comprehensive decision-making laboratory method and the interpretive structural model method are used as the method for establishing the accident model of the rail transit system.Using MATLAB software to calculate each matrix in the process of model establishment,qualitative analysis of each node of the system and their mutual influence,and determine the hierarchical relationship;Once again,the risk factors are classified as the nature of the model,the transition,and the causes of the neighbors,so as to identify the key risk factors that are easily overlooked.The Arena simulation software was used to transform the accident system model into a computer model.By changing the rate of risk emergence in the model,the node's immunity and risk disposal rate in the layer were essentially caused,and its impact on the changes of system risk entropy and residual risk entropy was observed.Find out how to control key risk factors.Finally,based on the accident system model and risk analysis,combined with the relationship between risk indicators,a "four-level six-phase" new coal mine rail transit system accident prevention system was established.The "six stages" include decision-making,indicators establishment,risk analysis,concrete implementation,construction system phase and establishment of feedback phase.The "four-level"prevention program includes:design procurement subsystem,safety management subsystem,technical measure subsystem,safety feedback and perfect subsystem and safety macro-control subsystem,and analyze and study each subsystem model separately.And a certain mine in Shandong was chosen as a pilot to analyze and verify the suitability and expandability of the accident prevention system.
